    Hi,

I have two problems with the Plugin.

    1. After the Backup I get the message: “php: ZipArchive::close(): Closing zip archive failed: Disk quota exceeded, /webspace/11/99458/einfachmeditieren.net/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/classes/backup/class-backup-engine-file-zip-archive.php, 46”

Does that mean, that there isn´t enough webspace on the server?

    2. I just want to keep one Backup. In the WordPress Backend there is just one but on the server wp-content/backupwordpress folder there are still three Backups. But just one with the full disk space (35MB) and two with fewer disk space (5MB).

    What does that mean?

    Thanks for your help,
    Markus

    Hi there –

You’re right – that error means there isn’t enough space on the server. You’ll need to check with your host to see if they can give your site on the server more disk space. You likely have both the database and the complete backups both running (*they are the default ones) – so the smaller ones would be just the database while the larger one would be the complete one (though that isn’t actually that large).

Your first step is to check with your host to see what kinds of server limits they have in place and whether they can be raised.

    Thanks!
    Kat
