That’s it… there is a backup in my S3 account as there should be which appears to be the right size, but the above log is sent in an e-mail to me, as expected, with “[SUCCESSFUL]” in the subject.

Triggering the job manually produces the exact same result.

Hi philipjohn, thanks for posting the issue. Is this the complete log file? If not, would you mind posting it? You can also email it directly to d.huesken at inpsyde dot com.

Yep, that’s the complete log – that’s the problem. The backup does complete successfully, but the log doesn’t reflect that.

Sorry, just realised the title is misleading as to the actual issue.

Ah, I see. Odd question, but would you check the log history in BackWPup’s admin area for me? Of course there shouldn’t be any difference between the emailed log and the one stored online, I just want to make sure before I file an issue for this one.

That was my first action actually. Both logs show the same thing.

Any further thoughts on this one? I can see the backup is fine, but it means I have to go into my S3 account rather than just checking the e-mail, which is a right PITA.

No idea. We can’t reproduce the error, and to my knowledge there is no one else has had the same issue. I’m honestly sorry, but it seems I won’t be able to solve this one here.
