Dropbox is easiest – it requires nothing more than logging into the Dropbox website, so is about as easy as could be imagined. * One a backup is made, you can either download it via FTP from wp-content/updraft, or just (easier) click the button from the “Restore” section that will appear after you’ve made a backup in the UpdraftPlus dashboard page. * Yes, files and database are backed up. * If the site is totally destroyed, then you make a new WP install, and upload the backup files from your PC.
