# Backup not working

 * I am using WordPress 3.7.1 and Backup Scheduler 1.4.4
    My last backup succeeded
   on November 13. I have been trying to manually backup today without success.
 * The SQL Extraction seems to complete without issue however, the ZIP Creation 
   fails.
    “The process is still in progress for this backup (begun December 6, 
   2013 at 12:15:12). The ZIP Creation is in progress (0/0 files has been added 
   in 3 zip files adn the current size of the zip is 23.66 MB).
 * I also get the error:
    “Please wait, a backup is in progress for 25Seconds! Wait
   until 45 seconds for an automatic restart. This error messages may also be generated
   if the chunk size is too big: try first to set the chunk size to 1Mo in order
   to avoid memory saturation of your server and then increase it slowly…”
 * I have tried setting my chunk to 1mb, 5mb (which was previously working) and 
   10mb. None of which work.
    I have back up to email and FTP set.
