Backup not running

    Hi!
    We’ve installed the plugin a few weeks ago and we made the configuration so it will run on Sundays morning and since we installed it, it has never run the backup.

    Do you know why is that?
    We set it with wordpress so it will do it on it’s on but it’s not working for us.
    Maybe we set sth wrong.
    And we’re using it on some other pages, so we can correct the issue on all our sites.

    Hello @avantiprodu
    I think it caused by your wp-cron.php was not working correctly, wp-cron is a system handle time-based task for your site(your scheduled posts, BackWPUp scheduled jobs), for more information about the WP Cron, please check the official doc here

    So in case, there is something wrong with your WP-Cron, all your time-based tasks will not able to work.

    I would suggest you contact the hoster and ask them for help to resolve the WP-Cron issue ^^

    We’ll contact our hoster to check it out.
    We thought it could be a cron issue. We’ll also check the official doc you sent us.
