 * I’ve set up an automated job to backup the c:\inetpub\ directory which should
keep any changes to themes, uploaded content etc backed up nightly to storage
elsewhere on the domain. However I know SQL can be flaky with regard to simply
copying-and-pasting a database.. Is there a ‘proper’ way to back it up?

 * I would recommend using a backup plugin or service for WordPress. There are free
ones and paid ones and recommendations on how to do this yourself. You can find
   more information here [http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups](http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups)
