I want to make sure that My SQL database is backed up regularly.

Is there any way of automating this?

there aresevaral backup plugins in the WP plugins repo: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=DB+backup

Thanks – I used the DB backup plug in but when I tried to do the Backup, a page appears with the message “!oops that page can’t be found”.

I wonder what I have done wrong – entered the wrong file to back up to, name perhaps?
