Backup my plugins

I’m looking for a plugin that will backup all my plugins, each as a zip file to a location of my choice. The goal is to be able to use a download link for each one that won’t change as the plugins automatically update. Is there anything that does this?

Or if a plugin doesn’t work, a way to automate it in cpanel? Not sure if that’s within the scope here.
