    the backup saves only the log file. I tried do it manually or programmed,
   and the problem is the same.

    please go to BackWPUp ->
   Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ) if you not already
   set, re-run the job again and give me the latest log fil at : BackWpUp -> Logs.

   for my late reply, Please try to exclude **wp-snapshots** folder in your Files
   tab and then try again. Is that helps?

 * The problem persists.
    if I perform the backup manually it will be successful
   only the second time I run it. Scheduled backups never go well. I do not know
   if there is any plugin that creates problems with buckup.
