 * Where is the backup created by wpcentral located? I can’t find any help file 
   that tells me the answer to this.

 * At the following path you will find a directory with the name same as your connection
   key: /path/to/your/installation/wp-content/plugins/wp-central/
 * In that directory, there are backups present in the compressed format (.tar.gz).
