 * It looks like the backup has finished, so I could open the generated ZIP by FTP.
   
   The status still shows the spinning wheel at 65%.The Apache error log tells something
   about proxy.

 * To diagnose this issue, please download the diagnostic data file as explained
   in this article:
   [https://duplicator.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-read-the-package-build-log/](https://duplicator.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-read-the-package-build-log/)
 * After downloading the diagnostic data file, please extract its contents. Then,
   navigate to the “Failed backups” folder, open the backup build log file for the
   failed backup, and provide us with any errors you observe. Additionally, please
   share any relevant errors you have found in your server logs, as this information
   will also be very useful.
 * Furthermore, please go to Duplicator > Tools > General and click the “Clear Build
   Cache” button. This action will help clear the Duplicator cache. After performing
   these steps, please attempt to build another backup.
