Before you try anything I suggest here, please double check if your backup(s) list is empty. Simply go to second tab of the plugin and check out what’s on the list. * Our list can display only valid backups, so even if you saw hick-ups screen it could be a false negative in that case. * But if the list is empty then please try: 1. Go to “Other options” section 2. Disable PHP CLI: [https://prnt.sc/1sljr31](https://prnt.sc/1sljr31) 3. Then find this setting: [https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa](https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa) 4. Save “Other options” section 4. Force stop both processes, it will clear temp files: [https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm](https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm) * At this point you can try to run it again, but if it still fails. 1.
