backup is failed

    Hi,

    When I tried to use the manual backup. I received a failed status. Here are the events leading up to the fail.

    3rd Jul 2015 3.35.36 AM Error The activity failed:
    3rd Jul 2015 3.30.40 AM Information Synchronisation of backup data completed.
    3rd Jul 2015 3.30.39 AM Information Backup status is out of sync, synchronising with server…
    3rd Jul 2015 3.30.38 AM Information Initialisation completed.
    3rd Jul 2015 3.30.37 AM Information Backup starting…
