Backup has stopped working!!!!

The created job, that has always worked, has stopped creating backups. And when i start it manually tell me “Job” Backup “has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.”
In “information” i have “Server self connect Response Test O.K.”
Help pls!

Hi @andrea-baccolini,

Could you please change Maximum script execution time in Settings -> Jobs to about 25 seconds?
If it still not working for you, please send us your full error log to support@backwpup.com

Is already set to 300. I set it to 25 but nothing changed by the same mistake

Please try to set to 25, 300 is pretty high.
Did you changed some things with your hosting or installed other plugins recently?

i added “define( ‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true );” in wp-config and the manual start of job work. Now waiting for the scheduled job (July 3rd) to see if it works.

Hi @andrea-baccolini, yes that is probably the best option. Or, you can disable wp-cron and create a cron job to call the script. Either way should work in your situation.

No scheduled backups do not work. I do not know what it may be
