# Backup Guard not working

 * I’ve been unable to back up my client’s website for several weeks. We are getting
   ready to do some design updates and I’d really like to have a current full backup
   before starting the process.
 * We keep getting this message:
 *     ```
       SOMETHING WENT WRONG
       Oops... Seems there was an issue during the backup process.
       Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
       Contact us
       ```

 * Please, provide us with the backup log file of the last failed backup, so we 
   can see the issue:

   Please send it via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option. Like this:

 * In case you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP
   client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located 
   in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
