So the run that ‘showed’ complete today, didn’t actually complete. I received the error email which is:

Please go to BackWPUp -> Jobs -> choose your job -> Archive Format -> change to another format like Tar.

NO. In my case it did not help.

Update again. I excluded a really large file and now it is running in zip.
Still took quite a while to complete. Why would that be?

500mb archive in 1014 seconds I think it okay, also the backup speed is depends on server performance too.
