 * hello every one i posted b4 and no one answer me
    anyway i have a big problem
   today i was always download my backup for database from cpanel only ( backup 
   for database )not from phpmyadmin coz i don’t know from where in phpmyadmin download
   the backups i faced problems with my database suddenly so i restore the backup
   then i found that the all words in the database is questions marks .. i think
   that problem with the chratset but i don’t know from where i can fixed that some
   one told me that i must downloads the backups from phpmyadmin not from Cpanel
   so i only now have one backup downloaded from the cpanel can i fixed this backup
   in anyway .. or what thanks in advance my blog is here eskandarany.info

 * Not too sure what backup from Cpanel really means.
 * In Cpanel you can ususally click on MySQL Databases and then at the bottom of
   that screen click on a link to [[phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/phpMyAdmin).

 * there is an icon its name is backup i used it to download backup that what i 
   mean when i say cpanel .. sorry
    i download the backup from from this location
   not from phpmyadmin .. now when i restore it i found something wrong with the
   charset … what can i do ?

 * Maybe the suggestion here about changing the CHARSET=latin1 to nothing using 
   an editor on a copy of your backup file.

 * and that maybe right .. but now i don’t know how to edit the database file or
   files
    i have a .gz file the data base inside it .. i will extract the database
   file then what ? if i must open the file with program tell me its name
