Backup fails to AWS S3 storage

Key error message :
ERROR: S3 Service API: Part number must be an integer between 1 and 10000, inclusive

Environment :

1. Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.4
2. Apache/2.4.37
3. PHP 7.3.31
4. WP 5.7.2
5. WordPress Backup Plugin Version 3.8.0
6. Backup file = 67GB

Our backup fails to copy to S3 with this message in the logs :
