# Backup fails error

 * Initial analysis says that the Back up will be aprrox 200MB. Backup is failing
   at 91%. Then the progress bar went to 0% and returned the error that the back
   up failed.

 * The backup process seems to have encountered a timeout limit within your Apache
   configuration and was canceled by the web server.
 * Timeout in Apache is not the same as max_execution_time and it seems to be set
   around 30 seconds on your server.
 * You need to adjust its value in your virtual host or global configuration and
   restart Apache, once you do that our backup plugin will be working properly.
