    Backup just keep failing, I don’t know what have changed, it worked well
   before.

 * In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using
   FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located
   in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
