 * I need to backup my site, and usually BackUp Buddy allows me to do this on a 
   weekly or biweekly basis.
 * Yesterday I went to backup and it gave me this error message: “A fatal error 
   has been encountered. The backup has halted”

 * I am new to PHP/WP so any insight will help. Recently my website crashed after
   WP updated and the plugins had to be reactivated. There is a chance this could
   be related, since I am still working on getting the website back to normal.

 * If you are using shared hosting, please contact your host. If this is a VPS you
   manage, check /var/log/messages to see what might have happened to cause the 
   database to go away.
