Backup errors

My backup no longer works after more than a year of no issues. Over the last 5 or so weeks the backup fails with the below errors and not sure what to do about it? Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try to set the Password for your mysql database again. So it will be stored hopfuly with the new hash and the message will be gone.

I’m not sure why but when I changed the password to mysql database, I could no longer access my site. I updated the wp-config.php with the new password. Was there anything else I needed to change after resetting the password?

I finally was able to change the password and get the site to recognize it but I still get the same errors on backup

Ask the hoster Support for fixing it.

Thank you. they downgrade the php version of my account to 5.3 and this seems to have fixed the issue.
