My name id Ducachica and I am the owner of the Canadian blog ducachica.com. I’ve recently received an email letting me know that there have been a few errors in the last backup (BackWPup) of my website. I have no idea how to fix this but assume it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Can someone from BackWPup contact me and help me with understanding what the backup log means, so I can fix the error promptly? Unfortunately, I can’t seem to be able to paste a screenshot of the log, nor attach a copy of it.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    ducachicamoto@gmail.com

    Hi @ducachica
Please try to exclude dev folder from the backup, go to your job setting -> File tab -> check dev folder in order to exclude.
after that, try run the job again 🙂

    Hi @duongcuong96,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve followed the steps you kindly suggested (i.e. exclude the dev folder) and did another backup afterward. No success. Please see attached log:

    Hi @ducachica
Seem the job has stuck somewhere, please enable debug log: BackWPup > Settings > Logs > set Logging Level to Debug (not translated).
Run the job again then give me the latest log file at BackWPUp -> Logs(you can upload the log file to pastebin )
Also, I would need the screenshot of the job Files tab too.
    Thanks!

    Hi @duongcuong96,

Thanks again for your reply. Here’s the latest log after Logging was set to Debug (not translated). It seems to have worked fine this time.
