  • During a backup I saw this message:
    {“readyState”:0,”responseText”:””,”responseJSON”:null,”status”:0,”statusText”:”error”}
    what it means?
    The backup do not finished.

    Could you attach a screenshot or specify during which step did you get this message, at the database backup level, files scanning or file archiving?

    Usually that means a timeout, and you can overcome that by adjusting some of the parameters from the XCloner Config->System tab

    i am getting the same error message during “file archiving” is there any specific settings ,i have already tried to adjust parameters from the XCLoner Config->System tab.error

    Please check the XCloner logger from it’s Dashboard, do you get any error messages there? Could you please post a screenshot from the logger or attached it’s sanitised text here to see at what step the process breaks?

    Ok, so you should try setting the “Backup Compression Level” option to zero and the “Files To Process Per Request” to a lower value like 25 for now

    Let us know if you still have issues…

    still getting the error , first i changed “Files To Process Per Request” to 20 then changed to 1.

    It could be a limit from your server, so try checking with your hosting support on that, do you have any large files that might be timing out? If you click the retry backup process, does it continue?

    It’s not resuming when i retry process.
