    Hi there 🙂

    First of all, your plugin is just great!

    During my last backup I just got the following error message (please not, the website is still WIP).
    BMI-4bLG7CGz-53577

    Any idea how I could proceed with the backup?

    The log states:

    [ERROR] [2023-05-30 15:49:08] Error message: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

    [ERROR] [2023-05-30 15:49:08] Probably we could not increase the execution time, please edit your php.ini manually

    Please also do the following:

    Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
    Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
    Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

    Once you do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

    Hi Mixha

    Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately it is still not working. The backup process is either loading into infinity or suddenly stopped at 1%, whit this error message: BMI-RYfWleQA-08522

    Are there any other recommendations?

    Hi @endiaggli

    Please try to disable plugin with slug “file-manager-advanced” as it seem to conflict with our backup plugin (but it’s only assumption for now).

    If that will work while the plugin is disabled, I’ll let you know further how to fix it with have this plugin enabled.

    Seems like the issue appeared at 31-05-2023 right with installation or upgrade of mentioned plugin (it also produces background errors within our plugin).

    Also your execution time limit is very low, 30 seconds may be too low for WordPress overall, our plugin recommends limits between 60 up to 300 seconds depends on site size.

    In your case I can see in the past few errors caused by time limit.

    Let me know if disabling mentioned plugin resolves the issue 🙂

    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I couldn’t disaple this plugin, because I can not find it… Do you see a name of this plugin somewhere in the log files?

    Since the website got bigger, I’ve upgraded now to your premium plugin. I am currently trying to backup everything again. Right now, it seems that it is again looping infinitely.

    Thanks! The backup seems to have worked now. But, I am not able to download the Zip file (server error). And if I wanna setup a quick migration, it is not working. Via link, the backup can somehow not be found. Any ideas on how to solve this?

    I could send you the quick migration link from the old site. But I am not sure if I should share it here.

    It is never good to share site backups publicly.

    Do you get an error when you try to download the backup file via our plugin (section Manage & Restore backups)? If so, please share the exact error (text) that you get.

    Have you tried downloading the backup file via FTP, WP File Manager plugin or any other means?
