 * Hello! I am keep receiving an error message that an image file is too large to
   include when WordPress Backup Plugin tries to run our monthly site backup. This
   file is only 1 MB.

    you can try another
   archive format like Zip and then try again. If this problem still happens, go
   to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ) if
   you not already set, give me a latest debug log file at BackWpUp -> Logs.
