I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Total Upkeep backup. Just to be sure we’re understanding you clearing. You’re referring to the blue “Backup Site Now” button that appears at the top of you Total Upkeep dashboard correct?
When did you notice this issue? Has functionality been broken from you’ve installed Total Upkeep or did you notice it after some change, perhaps a PHP, or core WordPress update?
