Backup Doesn't Start

    Hi zonemom,

    When you press on “Backup Now”, does it then show you a link to a page to read if nothing happens?

    I didn’t notice a link. It simply said a backup run had been scheduled followed by the date and time.

    1) Press “Backup Now”

    2) Then take a screenshot of your screen, and post the link to it here. Use http://snag.gy if it helps.
