# Backup doesn't complete

 * Hi.
 * I just installed your plugin from the plugins menu. I selected files and DB, 
   excluded what I didn’t want to backup and ran the backup.
 * The selected files were only 249mb. The backup starts but when it gets to creating
   zip archive it just sits there with the dot turning.
 * Inspecting the backup folder shows some files created there including .zip with
   wordpress files and an SQL file.
 * Its 8 hours later and its still doing the same thing. I asked it to include my
   online store folder in the backup and I know this contains lots of little files,
   is this a problem?
 * Actually the count of 249mb was weird because my /wp folder is 77mb and my /store
   12mb with everything else excluded! Next logical step, excluded the /store and
   now only the /wp folder is included. Backup estimate stayed constant at 249mb!
   Weird.
 * Ran another backup with just the /wp selected and it appears to be doing the 
   same thing.

 * Just re-installed the plugin and ran it with just database selected and it worked
   fine so the problem comes in when selecting files as well…
