 * Thanks for reaching out. This sounds like it may be a compatibility issue caused
   by another plugin on the site. We’ll be happy to take a closer look and help 
   identify the cause.
 * To share the debug information with us, please go to:
 * **BackupBliss → Troubleshooting → Check advanced options**
 * Then click **“Share debug info with BackupBliss team”** and paste the debug code
   here in your reply.
 * Here’s a screenshot showing where to find the option:

 * If you’re unable to send the debug information through the plugin, you can download
   the information manually from the same section:
    - Click **“Download your site info”**.
    - Under **Logging** Click **“Download logs”** as well.
    - Please send both files to us via support at backupbliss dot com
 * Once we receive the debug information, we can investigate what is preventing 
   the backup from running and check whether another plugin is causing a conflict.
