# Backup – Crashed Website

 * Hi Team
    I have just experienced a site wide crash while runing your update.
 * I was unable to log in to the WordPress home page (Log In)
    and the whole website
   dissapeared.
 * I was able to log in via FTP and rename the backupwordpress folder which alowed
   me to access the log in and the site returned to working order.
 * I have renamed the folder so that it does not work on the site, but I now need
   to know how to resolve this problem
