  • Hi,

    I have set up scheduled backups of my site files as well as database files. I specified FTP details to access the backup folder on a remote server.

    The backups complete successfully according to the log files. However, when I access the backup folder via cPanel it’s empty and no backup files exist within the folder. This is the log file:
