 * I have had some forms deleted from my web site. I tried to restore them and lost
some pictures I had just added. I expected to lose the pictures but get the forms
back. How do I know if the web site is being backed up? I restored using the
free Backup program in Cpannel on bluehost called Site Backup Pro. I selected
a date that the web site was working. I am now doing my own backup using Online
Backup for WordPress and selecting Database and File System now. Will this backup
all of the files so I can restore the web site and all of the plugins? What about
subfolders under public_html or if I just add a folder under the root?
    I need
to know that I am backing up everything, so I can restore!
