backoffice : Shortcode in Elementor not visible

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed your plugin, all works fine in front office bit I have a problem on backoffice.
    The buttons are displayed with the Elementor shortcode widget [SSB]
    But the widget display nothing on Elementor backend, so it’s disturbing as we think there is nothing here (blanck space). I expected to see [SSB]

    PS : on the front office, the buttons are well displayed, so I think it’s only an elementor compatibility issue.

    Also, i only have activated LinkedIn and Facebook social buttons. But each time I go back to settings, all social buttons are under the section “Active”.

    Hi @zougou,

    We have tested the SSB shortcode with Elementor.

    Here a video is made in which we have implemented the shortcode and it worked fine. [ Helping Video ].

    Hi !
    Thanks for your video. That’s really strange, the preview is not working for me.
    I add shortcode widget with [SSB] + Apply + Update page
    => preview : text “[SSB]” is displayed
    I refresh the frontend elementor page
    => preview : nothing, blank space

    I tested native shortcode [gallery], and preview works fine.

    WP and Elementor are up to date / running PHP 8.0

    Thanks for your message. As my client changed his mind and doesn’t need anymore share buttons (for now…), I deactivated SSB plugin.
    You can close this ticket.
