 * hello. I had my webpage which i did with wordpress but the upkeep got too expensive
   for me so i just stopped paying for hosting etc. I was also a novice not so good
   with web design. So I downloaded all my files from the file editor of the hosting
   provider and downlaoded myphpadmin files but now dont have an active website
   or anthing and even the host provider disabled my usade so all I have is the
   all files from file editor and myphpadmin files. How can I save my posts from
   there if maybe i plan on putting them on Medium or even blogger for them not
   to dissapear?

 * OK, if you have that, you have all of your content.
 * The easiest way to move it someplace would be to restore your WordPress site.
   You could do it locally using localwp.com to give you an empty site, then replace
   that database with yours from the backup. You now have your content you can copy/
   paste elsewhere.
 * If you want something more automated, find out what you need to import a wordpress
   site into your new platform. Then, put your WP site up someplace on the net and
   follow the process for your new platform to export/import.
 * Have you considered a free blog on WordPress.com as a place to hold your old
   content?

 * I recommend asking at [https://localwp.com/forums](https://localwp.com/forums)
   so the apps developers and support community can help you with this.
