The error message can be misleading. It essentially means WP is unable to communicate properly with the rest of the world. It can be something about the server external to WP. What sort of issues are flagged in Site Health Status?

Thank you very much for the answer.

What is strange is that it only appears in under the Websites of the main website so the error is not visible ??

Is there anything to worry about? Then all Under websites take their information / updates from the Main Website?

Yes, the same codebase operates on all sub-sites. It’s only one set of files. I guess errors are only intended for the main site owner/admin. Sub-site admins wouldn’t have the power to do anything to fix such errors. Since they are not always fully vetted and they cannot do anything about it anyway, displaying errors to them would be seen as a slight security risk. Bad actors can use the error information to probe for weaknesses.
