The problem is only in Safari. If i clear the cache i’m good for several minutes and the front page is always good but go to any other page and there is a space added at the top of the browser.

If clients go to my site in Safari and see that it will look like things are not right at my end.

Is there some code to fix this? I have tried but have come up with nothing.

    My site is at http://www.chrisfawkes.net

    Thank you all.

Have you tried validating your site?

    What does that mean?

    It’s a simple question. See Validating_a_Website.

I just tried validating but i could not work out how to tell where the errors were exactly. I.s are they in the header, the style.css etc. Is there some way of better reading that?

You simply have to locate the relevant lines in the source code of your generated pages and then trace back to either the theme template files or your content to fix the errors.

Has anyone else got some feedback on this? It effects the pages.

Safari does not display properly on 27 inch monitors. If you have a smaller monitor check http://chrisfawkes.net/blog/art-prints/ and drag the bottom right corner up the monitor and you will see black creep up from the bottom of the browser.

Seems to have righted itself when saving the theme with no changes.

I’ll report back when i check on a couple of other computers.
