Background problem on different resolutions

  • Hello,

I am a total newbe and have no idea if there is a good solution to my problem. Maybe you guys can help.

Here is the situation. Whenever I minimize or stretch out the browser window, it moves my menues and makes them go over back ground picture. Can I somehow make everything stay in on place (fixed position) and just become smaller if the window becomes smaller or when website is open on different resolution.

Hi birchi, do you have a link or URL we can look at? I’m not sure I totally understood your question. 🙂

If an image is set as a background, it shouldn’t matter if something goes over top of it, right? Otherwise it’s not background, it’s foreground and you could consider putting it in the post or header so it’s not going to be hidden by other things.
