 * Hello.
 * First things first – your theme is an awesome building block. I have been working
   on it’s customisation for a few days now: [http://webcontentmanager.co.uk](http://webcontentmanager.co.uk)
 * I am running into an issue though. For some reason when you add a custom background(
   a brick wall images is what I have been testing with) via the theme options panel,
   or even directly in the CSS, it suddenly floats above or below the website when
   viewing it on a mobile device using that devices standard internet explorer.
 * Now admittedly this does appear to be an intermittant problem on some devices,
   the HTC one is the main one, but I have had the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy
   Ace.
 * I can’t replicate the problem really so I have no idea what is going on, so I
   don’t expect a solution to come from this – I just wanted to let you know what
   was up and perhaps someone has had the same issue before?
 * Thanks

 * Richard Bland,
 * Can you show screenshot from your devices?
 * I inspected your website on iphone5, htc desire 600, samsung galaxy s3, everything
   is good.
 * Background displayed in header and footer as needed, without any problems.

 * Hello FCM.
 * I wouldn’t worry too much about it, I have changed background to a pattern and
   that is working absolutely fine across all devices.
 * It may have just been a bug somewhere but if I can try to explain what we saw,
   on the mobiles it was displaying our background image at the top and it had pushed
   the site page container out to the right of it or to the bottom of it. This only
   appeared to be the case for those two mobile devices, and only on their standard
   browsers. If you used say Chrome for mobile it worked fine.
 * Don’t worry too much but thank you for getting back to me. Much appreciated.
 * Great theme – what do you think of my customisations so far? Would really like
   it if I could become a featured project on your site… 😛

 * Hi Fruitful! Thanks for the beautiful theme! So easy to use and intuitive!
 * I am seeing this same issue on my mom’s samsung galaxy sIII and now my sisters
   Samsung tablet, the background image loads over the page. I deactivated all of
   the plugins and it still happened. I can see the page loading and then the last
   thing that loads is the background, covering the entire page, though I am able
   to see the slider arrows when I touch where the slider should be. I was using
   WP Super Cache, and I thought that would have been the problem, but I did also
   have them clear the cache on the tablet after I deactivated the plugin. I haven’t
   checked the phone again. Both examples were on the Samsung browser.
 * Any suggestions where to look next?
 * Thanks again for the beautiful theme!

 * The site is running again with all plugins and w3 cache activated instead of
   WP Super Cache, but I haven’t had a chance to test it again.
