Background Images just stopped uploading

    Love your product. I was uploading images into ITRO last night comparing the looks of them and ITRO simply stopped uploading images as backgrounds. I can select images and click upload and all that, but the images do not upload and there is no link for the images in the field for the image link.

    This happens with or without a background color selected.

    This happened in mid-stride. I made no mods to the site while working with ITRO, and it properly uploaded several images for review, then just stopped.

    I dumped the cache, closed my browser, and did whatever else I could think of, but today it still does not upload images.

    Ideas?

    Hello,
    so the problem is only for the “Background image” url or also for media upload of your popup content?
    Have you tried to paste directly the url of the background image in the option field?
