  • I have background image and made the body of the page almost transparent with the code: background: rgba(255,255,255,0.5);
    This way the image can be seen behind. The problem is that it works properly with desktops (all browsers) but with Mobile phones is not working in Chrome and Safari. It does work right with Firefox in this platform.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello sdores,

    We don’t find any issue regarding background image while checking the mobile view on Google Chrome and even Safari. It must be cache issue that is disallowing the background image appear.Please clear your cache,do a hard refresh and try again.

    We’ve mailed you with screenshot you can refer.

    Looking forward to hear from you.

    Thanks!

    I have already tried clearing cache many times in the past to no help.
    If I use the Developers Mobile mode tool at Chrome in my desktop then web site shows background image all right but I open site with Chrome in my actual Android cell phone shows background image blurry. Same blurriness happens with IOS (latest version) at an IPhone 7 using Safari and Chrome.
    Thank you.

    Yes, we even tested your site in Android Mobile as well as IPhones resulting not much difference. Could you show us the issue you’ve been facing with some screenshots of different devices? And also did you just change the layout? It seems different than it was when we tested it yesterday.

    Let us know.
    Thanks!

    Yes, I changed the layout for an opaque black color since the background gets blurry in both my Android and IOS cell phones for Chrome and Safari. It does show right with Firefox though. I am a web developer and I assure that the background image does not show how it should. This is very strange for when I use the Developers Tool in Chrome at my desktop computer the image is not blurry. Where can I send you pictures of my cellphones with the blured image at the borders?. Thank you.

    The image gets fuzzy on Android tablets as well.
