Background Image Load Animation on Home Page

    A client would like a zoom animation on the background image upon loading the home page for the first time. I’ve created a gif to illustrate the animation they would like.

    Can anyone tell me the best way to have the page load with this animation but end on a nice, static, background image that matches the last frame of the animation? I’m stumped.

    PS – I’m a PHP newbie.
