# Background image header etc…

 * I have selected a background image in customizer but it is not showing up. If
   you look at my site now… I want the banner image to extend all the way up behind
   the header so that the logo and tag line are floating in the sky that is currently
   cut off and up behind the header that I would like about 50% translucent. I would
   also like the header to be about half as wide and the facebook and email icons
   to be on the right of the header, phone number on left. I do not want background
   image behind the interactive circle pics. I am a total newbie so please give 
   step by step if you send me to custom css.
