 * Hi,
 * I am using an image as a background, I went to Appearance > Background and I 
   uploaded an image. But I now need to have that image hosted outside my blog, 
   so it does not consume bandwidth. Is there a way to refer to an url instead of
   uploading an image, when I set a background?

 * specify the background with the full path in your stylesheet & delete the background
   setting in admin
