I’m using a customized version of Hemingway on one of my blogs, stripped all the way down to black background, white text. Great for big color photos, love it, it’s hot.
Here’s what I’m trying to do:
I’d like to use a big photo for the entire background of the index, under my white-text header, excerpts and sidebar. Figured out how to do that, no problem. Looks great, love it, it’s hot. What I can’t seem to figure out is how to keep the black background for single posts and pages.
In other words, I only want the big photo background on the index. How do I keep it from travelling onto every other page? I want every other page on my site to stay black, no image background. Please help.
Thanks for the great theme, Kyle. Hemingway has been the workhorse on which I’ve learned to navigate CSS.
