Background Image covering NextGen Album images.

Hey guys first time making a web site in years. First time word press. Dont know a bunch, and I cant figure this out. I’ve got a background image going atop my album pictures when they display. take a look here

When you click on an album the bottom bar from the header image area stays atop the pictures.. Any ideas?
