Background image behind page title

    How can I place a background image instead of colour behind the site title/logo area.

    I can go into custom css and change the background-colour of #header-text-nav-container to whatever, but I can’t seem to replace it with a background-image.

    I could just use the header image, but I want the site tile to appear above the background image.
