Background color on page load?

    Is there a way to load a background color for my site before the background image loads? The background image is dark and the site loads with a white background before fully loading with BG image. If I add a background color to my Astra theme, it overrides my background image.

    Can the initial page load have a different background color other than white before the rest of the site loads?
