Background color doesnt change on website

    Whispy Theme v1.5.4
    When I choose custom color for background, it doesnt reflect the change on older links but just the new unclicked links and if I change the color again, it will not chnage in the link that I just clicked but only refreshes in new linked pages on website.

    Here is my website http://www.spicysideup.com and as you can see, different pages have different colors.

    Any help on how to fix this will be helpful, I have 9 plugins installed and have tried deactivating them one by one and almost all of them at once – that doesnt fix it, I have changed the theme to something else and also completely deleted the theme and reinstalled but that doesnt make any difference.

    I re installed Word Press 3.5.1 and re installed the theme and it seemed to have fixed it.
