 * Can anyone tell me the steps I need to follow in order to change the backgound
   color on my blog to white at: [http://purchase-electronic-cigarettes.com](http://purchase-electronic-cigarettes.com)?
 * It was white for months, then all of a sudden, it changed today. I have no idea
   what happen.
 * All suggestions will be highly appreciated.
